Simon Jacks

Managing Director


Simon has over 30 years’ experience in property development and civil construction during which time he has managed multi-million dollar projects both nationally and internationally.

These range from retail shopping malls to five-star hotels. Simon founded JacksCo Civil in 2016.

Adrian Warwick

General Manager


Adrian joined the company at it's inception. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry he has helped the company to grow to what it is today.

Over his tenure Adrian has been involved in multi-million dollar construction projects for both the commercial, public and residential sectors. He is an integral part of the companies day to day operation and is responsible for tendering, programming, financial management as well as business policies and growth strategies.

Craig Fletcher

Chief Operating Officer

NZCE Civil

Craig is a senior civil business manager with 25 years experience working on technically demanding projects throughout New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.

During this time he has worked at a governance level as a senior manager in a number of tier 1 companies specialising in challenging projects, and has gained a reputation for getting projects on their feet and then keeping them there. He returned to New Zealand and joined JacksCo in 2020.

John Rae

Advisory Board Member

John has degrees in Commerce and Law from Auckland University, is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a Director or Chairman of a number of both public and private NZ companies involved in the infrastructure, energy, waste and investment sectors.

He was involved in banking in NZ & London in various treasury & capital market roles for 10 years before returning to NZ in 1991 and undertaking a number of private equity, venture capital & corporate finance transactions in NZ & Australia.

For 9 years until early 2010 John was Managing Director of Stevenson Group, one of NZ’s largest private companies with more than 600 employees. He was responsible for a major transformation of this almost 100 year old company into a successful, diversified investment group with significant interests in construction materials, quarrying, mining, agriculture, engineering and property.

John is also a founding member of the National Infrastructure Advisory Board which provides independent advice to Treasury and the Minister of Finance.

Les Harvey

Chief Financial Officer


Les holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and a Certificate of Public Practice with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

He has many years' financial and management experience as Chief Financial Officer and other commercial roles across a range of industries in New Zealand, Australia and elsewhere. Les is particularly interested in working with the key people to help grow the business, eg by strategic financial management focussing on the longer-term goals for the business and by setting and using KPls to deliver operational improvements.
