About JacksCo

JacksCo is a New Zealand family owned business.

From humble beginnings JacksCo was founded in 2016 with a small team focussing on a mix of small residential subdivisions and commercial subcontracts.  With an increasing workload JacksCo quickly found the need to bolster the business with supporting trades to satisfy the ever-growing workload.  JacksCo has quickly grown into the Tier 2 value added self-performing business that it is today.

With over 100 employees, JacksCo operates beyond the Auckland region. The team at JacksCo have built strong and ongoing relationships with their clients.  JacksCo have adopted and integrated tier one contracting systems and while they strive to operate above the industry standards, they have not forgotten their roots and take pride to maintain the family culture on which the company was founded.

The JacksCo Way and culture has a strong focus on Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Aspects (QHSE), which complements their target of being the best in their fields for all aspects of work. With a strong track record JacksCo focus on projects being delivered on time and to budget, while ensuring success through innovation and value engineering, strong relationships and leading project management experience.


The JacksCo Way is centred on Trust, Honesty, and Integrity. We want to be able to be open about our expectations and abilities, which helps in our never-ending pursuit of improvement. This also means our clients can trust us to be transparent and fair.

The second part of our core culture is centred on Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems (QHSE). At JacksCo we have an open door policy, we ask questions when we are not sure, and we support one another to help achieve the goals and targets we set.

At JacksCo we are continually looking for ways to improve our carbon foot print without compromising the quality of our work. We operate modern fuel efficient equipment and regularly maintain these to ensure optimal performance.

We are committed to sustainability.   We ensure materials and consumables are disposed of sustainably to protect the environment around us for future generations.

Employees are encouraged to come forward with improvements that could be made and we encourage our clients to do the same.
